An all inclusive tour is a set route on a set schedule, with the stops, timing and tastings already arranged and priced in. An exclusive tour keeps the same fixed time block, the same private vehicle and the same driver, but you choose the stops and we build the route around them.

On most all inclusive tours, yes. We prepay the tastings and build them into the price. A few tours are marked tastings at venue, which means you pay at each stop as you go. Every card on this page says which applies before you book.

Most tours run from two to fourteen guests depending on the vehicle, from an executive SUV up to a fourteen passenger luxury Sprinter. Larger groups are handled with multiple vehicles or a charter bus. A twenty percent gratuity is added automatically for parties of six or more and goes straight to your driver.

Yes, on tours where a cooler makes sense. Our sipping in transit add on brings a cooler, ice, six glasses and an opener for twenty five dollars, and you bring whatever you want to drink. Every guest must be twenty one or older on any tour serving alcohol.

Forty eight hours or more is the recommended lead time for a standard tour, and thirty days or more for peak dates like F1, ACL and SXSW weekends. Exclusive tours need a little more runway because we map the route and hold your reservations before the day arrives.

We pick up at your home, hotel or rental. Your driver stays with the group for the whole booking rather than dropping and leaving, and the vehicle is yours for the full time block. Gas and tolls are included on every tour.

All inclusive tours take a twenty five percent deposit at booking, with the balance charged forty eight hours before pickup and a full refund if you cancel more than forty eight hours out. Exclusive tours take fifty percent because route planning starts immediately, with a full refund more than seventy two hours out. A ninety day rebooking credit is available in place of a refund.
