What is included

Exclusive use, hourly, no shared seats.

A charter is not a ride share with more seats. You are booking the vehicle itself for a block of time, and what happens inside that block is yours to decide.

Exclusive use

The vehicle is yours for the booking. No other passengers, no other stops, no rerouting around somebody else's day.

Your route

Change the plan mid day if the group wants to. The chauffeur works from your call, not a fixed manifest.

Licensed chauffeur

Professionally licensed, insured, and briefed on your itinerary before pickup.

Coolers welcome

Bring drinks and snacks. Most of the fleet is set up for it and we will tell you which vehicles are.

Hourly, five hour minimum

Straightforward hourly pricing from pickup to final drop off. Running long bills at 90% of the rate.

Or we drive yours

The Designated Driver option puts our chauffeur behind the wheel of your own vehicle at $50 an hour.

The rate card

Every rate, on the page.

Hourly, against a five hour minimum, from pickup to final drop off. These are the same numbers our quoting engine uses, pulled live, so the page and the quote can never disagree. We own what we drive, so the vehicle in the quote is the vehicle that arrives.

Charter Bus

Up to 38 guests $400 / hr
Running long

Extra time bills at 90% of the hourly rate, and we ask before extending.

Four or more vehicles

10% comes off the whole booking automatically.

Late night return

A return pickup after 10 PM adds $25, once per booking.

Gratuity

20% at six guests or more, straight to your driver.

One way drop offs

Not every trip needs a full day. One way drop offs run on the Standard Sedan and the Premium SUV and are priced on mileage rather than against the hour minimum. They currently have to originate in Wimberley while we build the market out, and anything larger than a premium SUV still bills against the five hour minimum. Ask and we will price it either way so you can see both.

The option nobody else offers

Or we drive your vehicle instead.

Designated Driver means a licensed chauffeur turns up and drives the car you already own, at $50 an hour against the same five hour minimum. It is comfortably the cheapest way to do a full day, everybody rides in the vehicle they know, and your own car is waiting in your own driveway at the end of the night.

The catch is honest and worth saying out loud: it only works if your own vehicle actually seats the group. Above six passengers that means an eight seat vehicle or larger, which most people do not have, and at that point the van is usually the better answer. We will tell you which one fits rather than selling you the expensive one.

A five hour day, compared
Designated Driver, your vehicle $250
Premium SUV, up to 5 $450
14 passenger luxury Sprinter $875

The five hour vehicle minimum before gratuity. Gratuity of 20% applies at six guests or more.

What people book it for

A day with no label works too.

You do not need an occasion or a finished itinerary to book. Send the date, the headcount and a rough idea and we will price it.

Bachelor & bachelorette

A full day with nobody counting drinks or losing the group between stops.

Concerts & shows

Dropped at the door in Austin or San Antonio, collected where you agreed, no surge at midnight.

Game days

Tailgate to kickoff and back, with the cooler on board and no parking to find.

Brewery & distillery runs

Your own list of taprooms rather than somebody else's fixed route.

Corporate nights out

Team dinners and client evenings billed to the company on one invoice.

Family reunions

Grandparents, car seats and the whole party moving together in one vehicle.

Birthdays & anniversaries

A day with no schedule to keep except your own.

Graduations & formals

Parents know exactly who is driving and exactly when everyone is home.

How it works

Three steps, then it is off your plate.

Tell us the shape of the day

Date, headcount, where you start and roughly how long. A finished itinerary is not required.

Pick the vehicle and the hours

We recommend the fit for your headcount and show the rate against it, including the designated driver option where it makes sense.

Ride

Your chauffeur arrives early with the itinerary already briefed, and reroutes on your call through the day.

Questions

Before you book.

You book the vehicle for a block of hours with a five hour minimum, billed from pickup to final drop off. The hourly rate depends on the vehicle, and every rate is published on this page. Groups of six or more carry a 20% gratuity, which is shown in the quote rather than added afterwards.

Time beyond the booked block bills at 90% of the hourly rate, so running long is cheaper per hour than booking long. We always ask before extending rather than quietly running the meter, and we extend whenever the schedule allows it.

Both the premium and the luxury lines come in a ten seat and a fourteen seat version, so headcount and finish are separate choices. Above fourteen we move to a charter bus. Send us your headcount and we will recommend the fit rather than upselling you into the Sprinter.

We send a licensed chauffeur to drive your own vehicle, at $50 an hour against the same five hour minimum. It is the cheapest way to do a full day by a distance, everyone rides in the car they already know, and it is the one thing no other Hill Country operator offers. It only works if your own vehicle actually seats the group.

Yes, within your booked hours. Tell your chauffeur and they reroute. The vehicle is yours for the block, so there is no fixed manifest to work around and no other passengers to consider.

Yes, passengers of legal age can drink in our vehicles, and for a lot of our charters that is much of the point. Open containers stay inside the vehicle. We do not pour and we own no bar, so nobody is steering your group anywhere.

Yes, on the Standard Sedan and the Premium SUV, priced on mileage rather than against the hour minimum. One way trips currently have to originate in Wimberley while we build the market out. Everything larger than a premium SUV bills against the five hour minimum even on a one way.

No. Pure transportation is not taxable in Texas, so nothing on a charter quote carries the 8.25% rate. Tours are a separate category and do carry it.

Yes. Four or more vehicles on the same booking takes 10% off the whole thing automatically, without anyone having to ask for it.

Earlier is better for weekends, holidays and the big Texas event dates. Midweek is usually available at shorter notice. Send the request even if the plan is still forming and we will tell you what is open and hold it while you decide.

It happens, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it in terms. There is a cleaning charge if a vehicle has to come off the road, and the driver will always try to stop before it gets to that. Tell us early in the day if somebody is struggling.

Book the vehicle. Decide the rest later.

You do not need a finished itinerary to get a quote. Send the date, the headcount and a rough idea, and we will price it both ways.
