Curbside is the default because it is faster. Ask for baggage claim with a name sign and that is what you get.

How much is a shuttle from Wimberley to the Austin airport?
A premium SUV for up to five guests is $130 one way to Austin Bergstrom, or $240 round trip. San Antonio is $165 one way and $305 round trip. Larger vehicles run from $180 to $325 one way depending on size and finish, and every rate is flat, agreed before you get in, with gas and tolls included.
Do Wimberley residents get a discount on airport transfers?
Yes. Wimberley residents pay a flat $85 one way to either Austin Bergstrom or San Antonio for up to five guests in a premium SUV. Tick the resident box when you book and the rate applies automatically. We confirm residency at pickup.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the inbound flight and move the pickup with it. There is no charge for a delay outside your control, and the driver waits forty five minutes free from the moment your flight lands. Past that, wait time bills at $15 per thirty minutes and we always call you before it starts.
Which airports do you serve?
Austin Bergstrom and San Antonio International are the routine runs from the Hill Country and both are bookable on this page. Houston and Dallas airports are handled for longer itineraries and quoted individually.
Do you charge extra for early morning or late night pickups?
Pickups before 5am or after 10pm carry a $30 surcharge per trip, and the booker adds it automatically when you choose a time in those windows. Flight tracking is always included, never an extra.
How far in advance do I need to book an airport transfer?
Airport runs must be prebooked and prepaid. We do not accept same day airport bookings, because the vehicle and the driver are committed to your flight window. Cancel more than twenty four hours out for a full refund. Inside twenty four hours there is no refund, though a cancelled flight converts to a rebooking credit.
Can you fit our luggage?
Standard luggage is included and the vehicles are sized for bags as well as people, which is why a party of five goes in an SUV rather than a sedan. Oversized items like golf clubs, skis or bikes carry a $15 surcharge, and there is a box on the booker to tell us.
Can a group arriving on different flights ride together?
Yes. We either stage vehicles across the arrival spread or run one vehicle on a consolidated pickup once everybody is down. Book the largest arrival here and add a note, or call and we will price both ways.
