What is included

The whole day, not just a pickup.

Wedding transport fails in the gaps: the second shuttle loop, the vendor run, the guest who missed the last bus. We plan for those before the day starts.

Guest shuttle loops

Continuous runs between the hotel block and the venue, sized so nobody waits in the heat or the dark.

Bridal party transport

A dedicated vehicle for the wedding party, photographs and first look logistics, held for you all day.

Late night returns

Staggered final departures so the after party crowd and the early leavers both get home safely.

Timeline with your planner

We build the transport schedule against your run of show, not next to it.

Multi vehicle coordination

Four vehicles, one schedule, one coordinator you can text on the day.

Vendor and family runs

Rehearsal dinner, out of town family from AUS or SAT, and the odd last minute errand, folded into the same plan.

The question everyone asks first

How many vehicles does your wedding need?

Here is the honest starting point, before we look at your specifics. A fourteen passenger Sprinter running a twenty minute round trip moves roughly forty guests in the hour before a ceremony. Everything below scales off that.

A planning starting point. We model your actual drive times before quoting.
Guest count Typical setup How it runs
Up to 40 guests One 14 passenger Sprinter Three loops in the hour before the ceremony. Start the first run 90 minutes out.
40 to 80 guests Two vehicles, or one charter bus Two Sprinters running opposite loops, or a single bus doing two full runs.
80 to 150 guests A charter bus plus a support van The bus carries the volume, the van covers the wedding party and the stragglers.
150 guests and up A bus and multiple vans on staggered departures Four or more vehicles triggers the 10% multi vehicle discount automatically.

The three numbers that actually change the answer: your guest count, the drive time between the hotel block and the venue, and how much slack sits in your timeline. A venue twelve minutes from the hotel needs half the vehicles of one that is thirty five minutes out. Send us those three and we will tell you honestly when one vehicle is enough.

What it costs

Published rates, six hour minimum.

Most operators make you fill in a form to learn what an hour costs. Ours are here, and they are the same numbers our quoting engine uses, pulled live. Weddings carry a six hour minimum rather than the usual five, because the staging and the late night returns have to be covered by the same booking.

Late night return

A return pickup after 10 PM adds $25, once per booking.

Gratuity

Deposit and cancellation

A 50% deposit holds the date, with the balance invoiced automatically fourteen days before the wedding. Full refund if you cancel more than thirty days out, 50% between fifteen and twenty nine days, and no refund inside fourteen days. Nothing on a transportation quote is taxed.

How it works

Three steps, then it is off your plate.

Send the venue and headcount

Ceremony and reception locations, the hotel block, guest count, and your rough timeline. That is enough to model the loops.

We build the shuttle schedule

Loop times, vehicle count and staging, itemised transparently and reviewed with your planner before anyone signs anything.

We run the day

Chauffeurs arrive early, one coordinator holds the schedule by text, and you never think about it again.

Where we run weddings

Every Hill Country corridor, and the venues between them.

We are not tied to a venue list. If your venue is in Texas we will quote it, and we will tell you up front when distance means a second staging location makes more sense than a long empty run.

Wimberley & Driftwood

Home base. Ranch venues, river properties and the Driftwood estates.

Dripping Springs & Austin

The busiest wedding corridor in the state, plus AUS pickups for out of town guests.

Fredericksburg, Stonewall & Hye

Venues strung along 290, where the hotel block and the venue are rarely close together.

New Braunfels, Gruene & Canyon Lake

Lakeside and historic venues, with late night runs back into town.

San Marcos & Blanco

Between the two markets, so staging from either side works.

Boerne & San Antonio

SAT transfers for arriving guests and Hill Country venues west of the city.

Questions

Before you book.

It comes down to three things: guest count, the drive time between the hotel block and the venue, and how tight your timeline is. As a rough starting point, one 14 passenger Sprinter running a 20 minute loop moves about 40 guests comfortably in the hour before a ceremony. Send us those three details and we will model the actual loops and tell you honestly when one vehicle is enough.

Six hours. Weddings carry a six hour minimum rather than the five hour minimum on ordinary charters, because the load in, the staging between ceremony and reception, and the late night returns all have to be covered by the same booking.

Hourly, by vehicle, and the rates are published on this page. A ten passenger premium van is $125 an hour and a fourteen passenger luxury Sprinter is $175, both against the six hour minimum. Four or more vehicles on the same wedding takes 10% off the whole booking. There is no sales tax on transportation in Texas.

A 50% deposit holds the date. The balance is invoiced automatically fourteen days before the wedding. Full refund if you cancel more than thirty days out, 50% between fifteen and twenty nine days, and no refund inside fourteen days.

Build a buffer into the booking and we hold the vehicles. Time beyond the booked hours bills at 90% of the hourly rate, and we always ask before extending rather than running the meter on you. A return pickup after 10 PM adds a $25 late night charge, once per booking.

Yes, and it is one of the most common setups we run. One dedicated vehicle stays with the wedding party from getting ready through photographs and the exit, while separate shuttles handle the guest loops.

Yes. We build the transport schedule against your run of show rather than beside it, and we talk to the venue about where vehicles stage, what the access road takes, and what time the last vehicle has to be off the property.

Yes. We travel statewide for weddings. Distance is built into the quote up front, and if a second staging location or an overnight for the crew makes more sense than a long deadhead, we will tell you that instead of quietly billing it.

Yes. Rehearsal dinner transport, out of town family pickups from AUS or SAT, and the last minute vendor errand all fold into the same plan and the same coordinator, so you are not booking three separate companies.

We stagger the final departures so the after party crowd and the early leavers each get a run, and the coordinator holds the schedule until the venue is clear. If somebody is genuinely stranded we sort it out on the night rather than leaving it as your problem.

No. Pure transportation is not subject to Texas sales tax, so nothing on your wedding transport quote carries the 8.25% rate. Groups of six or more do carry a 20% gratuity, which goes straight to the drivers.
