Yes. We are based in Wimberley and run the Hill Country every week, but we operate statewide. Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, South Padre and everywhere between. Anything outside the Hill Country is quoted with travel time built in so the number you see is the number you pay.

Hourly transportation carries a five hour minimum. Weddings and large events carry a six hour minimum because of the load in and load out. Airport transfers are the exception and are priced as a flat rate with no minimum at all.

No. Pure transportation is not taxable in Texas, so airport transfers, charters, weddings and corporate movement carry no sales tax. Tours are a different category and do carry the 8.25% rate.

Yes, and it is most of what we do for weddings. Multi vehicle events run through one coordinator on one schedule, so you are not texting four drivers on the day. Four or more vehicles also triggers the 10% multi vehicle discount.

We run our own fleet and our own chauffeurs. No brokered vehicles, no surprise substitutions, and the vehicle in the quote is the vehicle that shows up. If we ever need to source something outside the fleet, such as a full size charter bus, we tell you that up front.

We track every inbound flight automatically and adjust the pickup. There is no charge for flight monitoring, ever. Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free wait time, then $15 per additional 30 minutes.

Earlier is better for weddings, holidays and the big Texas event weekends such as F1 at COTA, ACL and graduation season. Send the request even if the plan is still forming and we will tell you what is open and hold it while you decide.
