Agreement to these terms
By booking, riding, or using this site you agree to these terms. If you are booking for a group, you are agreeing on behalf of every guest in your party and you are responsible for making sure they know the rules that apply to them.
What we provide
We provide private ground transportation and curated tour experiences in Texas. Depending on what you book, that may include a vehicle and driver, reservations at third party venues, lodging arranged on your behalf, food and beverage items, and day of coordination.
Booking, deposits, and payment
- ·A booking is confirmed when we accept it and the required deposit clears, not when a quote is issued
- ·Quotes are valid for 14 days unless we say otherwise
- ·Weekend packages require a deposit at booking, with the balance due before the trip begins
- ·An automatic gratuity of 20% is applied to groups of six or more and goes to your driver
- ·Texas sales tax of 8.25% applies where required
- ·Prices for third party items such as lodging, tastings, and meals can move until they are locked in, and we will tell you before anything changes
Guest conduct
Our drivers are responsible for the safety of everyone in the vehicle. That means a few non negotiables:
- ·Every guest consuming alcohol must be 21 or older and able to show valid ID on request
- ·No illegal substances, no smoking or vaping in the vehicle, and no open flames
- ·Seat belts are worn while the vehicle is moving
- ·Standing, hanging out of windows, and moving around in a moving vehicle are not permitted
- ·Your driver may refuse service, end a trip, or contact law enforcement if a guest is unsafe, abusive, or breaking the law. No refund is owed in that case
Damage and cleaning
The person who books is responsible for damage caused by their group. Cleaning fees apply for excessive mess, and repair costs are billed at actual cost. We will document anything we charge for and share it with you.
Capacity and vehicles
Vehicle capacity is a hard limit set by law and by the vehicle. We cannot exceed it, including for children. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable or better vehicle when maintenance, mechanical issues, or scheduling require it.
Timing, delays, and traffic
We build schedules with margin, but traffic, weather, road closures, and venue delays happen. We will do everything reasonable to keep your day on track. Time lost to circumstances outside our control does not extend the booking without additional charge, and we will always discuss it with you before billing anything extra.
Third party venues and partners
Wineries, breweries, restaurants, venues, lodging hosts, and activity operators are independent businesses. We coordinate with them, but we do not control their hours, service, pricing, or availability. If a partner cancels or changes on us, we will find the best substitute we can as quickly as we can.
Assumption of risk
Some experiences involve physical activity, alcohol, uneven terrain, water, or the outdoors. You accept the ordinary risks that come with the activities you choose, and you agree that guests will follow the safety instructions given by us and by our partners. Separate waivers may be required for certain activities.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Texas law allows, our total liability arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights, missed events, or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to hold I Drive Y'all Ride LLC harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising out of your group's conduct, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law during a booking.
Media and photography
We sometimes photograph trips for our own marketing. Tell us before or during your trip if you would prefer not to appear, and we will honor it. If you send us photos or post a review, you give us permission to reshare it with credit.
Intellectual property
The site, our itineraries, our written content, and our marks including Explore Texas With Us are our property. You may not copy or resell them without written permission.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Hays County, Texas. Before filing anything, both sides agree to spend 30 days trying to resolve it directly, because that is usually faster and cheaper for everyone.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you book is the version that governs your booking.
