Built to work
for everyone.
What we have done, where we still fall short, and how to tell us when something does not work.

Our commitment
We want this site and our service to work for everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a box we ticked once.
What we have built in
- ·Keyboard navigation throughout, with a skip to content link and visible focus
- ·Descriptive alternative text on images that carry meaning
- ·Color contrast checked against WCAG AA for body text and controls
- ·Reduced motion respected for anyone whose system requests it
- ·Forms with real labels rather than placeholder text alone
- ·Layouts that reflow to small screens without loss of content
Accessible transportation
Tell us what your group needs when you book. We can accommodate mobility aids, and we can plan routes and stops around access requirements. Some of our partner venues have limitations we do not control, so the earlier you tell us, the better we can choose stops that actually work for your party.
Where we fall short
Some third party content we embed, such as maps and payment widgets, is not fully under our control. We are working with those vendors and replacing what we can.
Tell us about a barrier
If you hit something on this site or during a trip that did not work for you, we want to hear it. Email support@idriveyallride.com or call or text (714) 587 1458 and describe what happened. We respond to accessibility reports first, ahead of the rest of the queue.
