Race day
The main event. Early in, easy out, and a driver who knows how to move a group away from COTA when a hundred thousand people leave at once.

What is included for the $3,600?
A private 13 passenger luxury Mercedes Sprinter and a professional driver reserved for you Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with round trips to and from Circuit of the Americas each day and bottled water on board. That is $1,200 per day across the three day weekend.
How does payment work?
A 50 percent deposit is taken at reservation and is non refundable. The balance is due 30 days before the event. A 20 percent gratuity is added automatically for groups of six or more. There is no sales tax because this is pure transport.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 30 days in advance. F1 is the highest demand weekend of the Texas calendar and the fleet fills early, so reserve as soon as you can. There is no cancellation once booked, which is why the deposit is non refundable.
How many people fit, and what if we have more?
Up to 13 passengers in the Sprinter. Larger groups can add a second vehicle for the weekend, just ask and we will quote it.
Can we use it around Austin too, not just COTA?
Yes. It is your vehicle for each day, so between Circuit runs your driver takes the group to dinner, downtown and the after parties within the service area.
