Most Fredericksburg operators only go private once you have ten or more people. Under that, you get put in a vehicle with strangers on somebody else's schedule. We do not run a single shared seat. Every vehicle we send out belongs to your group alone, whether there are two of you or fourteen.

What a Fredericksburg wine tour actually costs.
Nobody else in this town publishes this, so here it is. These are set rates for the vehicle and driver for five hours. You pay your own tastings at each estate, which usually runs $15 to $25 a person per winery.

Six people on the designated driver option works out at about $42 each before tastings. Texas sales tax of 8.25 percent applies, and a 20 percent gratuity is added at six guests or more and goes straight to your driver. Want the tastings prepaid and the route already built? Do we have to share the vehicle with other people?
No. Every vehicle we run is private to your group, at every group size and every price. We do not sell individual seats. Several Fredericksburg operators only go private at ten or more guests and pool smaller groups together, which is exactly the thing we built around.
How many people fit in the Sprinter?
Up to fourteen guests in the luxury Mercedes Sprinter, which covers almost every bachelorette group we take out. If you are over fourteen we run a second vehicle, and four or more vehicles on the same date earns a ten percent discount.
Can we decorate the van and bring drinks?
Yes to both. Our decoration package is $45, and you are welcome to bring your own cooler with whatever you want to drink between stops. Adult beverages are fine in the vehicle. We also sell a sipping in transit kit for $25 with a cooler, ice, six glasses and an opener.
How much is a Fredericksburg wine tour?
Our set rate starts at $250 for the vehicle and driver for five hours with up to six guests, which is about $42 a person. A premium van is $490 and the luxury Mercedes Sprinter is $700. If you want the tastings prepaid and the route already built, our all inclusive Fredericksburg day starts at $102 a person.
How many wineries can we visit?
Three is comfortable in a five hour block, which is what most groups do. Four is possible if they sit close together on the 290 corridor. We would rather you sit down properly at three than rush four.
Where do you pick us up?
Wherever you are staying. Your Airbnb, hotel, rental house or a friend's place in or around Fredericksburg. There is no central meeting point and no parking to sort out.
Can you drive our own vehicle instead?
Yes, and it is our most affordable option. If your group already has an SUV or van, a professional insured IDYR driver comes to you, drives it all day and hands the keys back. That is $250 for five hours with up to six guests.
