Birthdays & anniversaries · Texas Hill Country
It is their day.
Nobody should be driving.
Somebody always ends up as the designated driver, and it is usually the person who planned the whole thing. We take that job. Private vehicle, professional driver, a five hour block from $250, and every seat free for someone who actually wants to be in it.
- Milestone birthdays, 21sts, anniversaries and the surprise version of any of them.
- Four to fourteen guests. One vehicle, one driver, one price for the group.
- Bring the cooler, the cake and the decorations. We will have the vehicle ready before they get in.
- Priced on the page and paid online, so the planning is done before the day arrives.
The problem with celebrating at home
Someone always draws the short straw.
A birthday dinner across three stops, an anniversary in wine country, a 21st in Austin. Every one of them ends the same way: a conversation in the driveway about who is fine to drive. Whoever loses that conversation spends the evening watching everyone else have one.
A booked driver removes the conversation entirely. It also removes the parking, the two rideshares that never arrive together, the person who wanted to leave an hour ago, and the slow drift of a group of nine trying to get from one place to the next. The night runs on the schedule you set instead of the schedule the logistics allow.
What people book this for
Four versions of the same good night.
Thirty, forty, fifty, sixty. Usually a wine day in the Valley or a dinner across two or three stops, with a group large enough that carpooling becomes its own small project. This is the most booked version by a distance.
Everyone can drink and nobody has to be the exception. A parent can book it, pay for it and set the route without being in the vehicle. Austin, San Marcos and New Braunfels are all inside normal range.
Almost always two people, and almost always the one day of the year neither of them wants to be responsible for anything. A tasting room, dinner, and a car in the driveway when you are ready rather than when you are able.
You tell us what they know and what they do not, and we confirm everything with you rather than them. The driver can wait out of sight or pull up at the door on cue. Nothing lands in the wrong inbox.
What it costs
Three ways to do it, published up front.
Every one of these is a five hour block with a professional driver. The difference is whose vehicle is in the driveway and whether the stops are prepaid. Per person cost falls as the vehicle fills, which is why a group of nine pays far less each than a group of three.

Pick by group size
One vehicle, everybody together.
Splitting a celebration across two cars is how half the group ends up at the wrong place. Every vehicle below carries the whole party in one go.

| Sedan | 4 | Anniversary dinners and couples |
| Luxury SUV | 4 | Anniversaries where the arrival matters |

How the day runs
You set the plan. We keep it.
Where we pick up
The Hill Country and the cities either side of it.
Routine pickups: Wimberley, Woodcreek, Driftwood, Fischer, Henly, Dripping Springs and San Marcos. We also run out of Austin, New Braunfels and Fredericksburg regularly. Outside that ring, ask, because the answer is usually yes.
Questions we get asked
Birthdays and anniversaries, answered.
How far in advance should I book?
Saturdays go first. Roughly four out of every ten trips we run are on a Saturday, so if the celebration falls on a weekend, book as early as you can. Midweek dates are almost always open on shorter notice, and they are the easiest days to get the vehicle you actually want.
Can we bring our own drinks and decorations?
Yes on both. Bring a cooler, bring a cake, bring a banner. We ask that decorations come down with you at the end and that nothing gets attached to the vehicle in a way that leaves a mark. Tell us at booking if you want the vehicle ready before the guest of honour gets in.
How does a surprise pickup work?
Give us the address, the time and a note about what the person does and does not know. Your driver can stay out of sight until the moment you want, or arrive at the door on cue. We will confirm the plan with the organiser rather than the guest of honour, so nothing lands in the wrong inbox.
What happens if the party runs long?
You book a block of hours and you can add more. Extra time is added at the published hourly rate and confirmed with you before it is charged. If we know earlier in the day, we can usually hold the driver rather than releasing them to another booking.
Do you handle 21st birthdays?
Yes, and it is one of the reasons this service exists. Everyone in the group can drink, nobody has to be the one who does not, and a parent can book and pay for the whole thing without being in the vehicle. Venues in Austin, San Marcos and New Braunfels are all inside our normal range.
Can you drive our own vehicle instead of yours?
Yes. That is our designated driver service, and it is the least expensive way to have a professional driver for the day. A licensed and insured driver takes the wheel of your vehicle for a five hour block from $250, priced for the group rather than per person. You supply the vehicle and the fuel.
Is gratuity included?
For groups of six or more a 20 percent gratuity is added automatically and goes straight to your driver. Below six guests it is left to you.
Which towns do you pick up from?
Wimberley, Woodcreek, Driftwood, Fischer, Henly, Dripping Springs and San Marcos are all routine. We also run out of Austin, New Braunfels and Fredericksburg. If you are outside that ring, ask us, because the answer is usually yes.
